there is a smart guy who post 1000 spam comments per day in my site per day
of course i delte them
i want to tell if there is another way to block him or them for good

as they would all come from different ip address's... there is no point blocking from ip address...
are comments really that important? why not just disable comment making?

in your admin area, on the left you will see "video comments"...
when viewing that page, you will see a checkbox to enable or disable comment making...
