Put it to Admin-> Free HTML Areas-> Header HTML: Your Logo or Title

you can chage it from functions.php in include folder
find call_metalar() function
you will see the metas there you can chage it
i chage it from your ftp
other users can chage it
and what is best to have there
any opinions
