when i add new videos, the other thumbs on the main page which have already existed being removed automaticly.
i ve already checked all your comments but i couldnt sort it out.

is your /img folder set to 777?
is this before or after the 2.1 upgrade?
by "removed" do you mean deleted?

video is still woking but just the thumb is disappeared,
if your having a problem, upgrading wont "fix" it, as that was not a bug which was fixed in the new version, as far as i know this is not a bug which many users are experiencing.
when you manually look into the /img/thumb folder, is there alot of files or just a few?
is /img/thumb set to 777 permissions?

have you edited your /include/functions.php file at all?

when you add a new video script never deletes images files but if the images name same it can replace it with
may be you get some connection errors when your server download the some of thump images

not solved we cant find the problem
on firefox, all the video thumbs appear correctly.
maybe clearing his cache will help?
