Please look next your domain. In a table it is 5$. 30$ is for multi domains if you have more than 6 domains

i have one adult script installed on one domain and i not have the option 5$, only the 30$ option.

No it is for just auto video add option you can use others free also. And it is 5 $
Video adv removal option not added. It is different membership
