what is problem here all tag links goes to numbers
i didnt touch anything for days

try clearing your tag cache in the folder
/tmp/taglar
also recheck its permissions are 777
can you also check the "tag" database table in your mysql...
do all tags appear normal there?
if the problem continues, let us know...

problem still exist i deleted taglar cache

also, have you done any edits on all your sites lately?
either in config.php or functions.php?

i am unsure of whats going on...
it looks like file names for your cache files...
but considering you have deleted those and it is still doing it...
i am not sure what it could be...
especially since its on all of your sites...
i am sure admin will take a look when he comes on next, sorry i couldnt help...

k problem solved with removetags.php
seems that script doesnt recognize letters form other languages and make links with numbers
i had that problem on some of mine other sites
