What needs to be edited to change 4 videos per database pull to 3 so that I can create cleaner 3 bar interface?

do you mean, the video column vs row...?
open config/config.php
then look for:
$satir
and
$sutun
they control how many videos are shown, up and down, and left and right...

is there any possibility NOT to enter number of columns and rows? i don't want any input, just to be 100% width..

not possible, because the mysql also uses these numbers for fetching videos.
