I dont know how to set op the cron job. i did evereything what i had to do but it wont work.

Do you have direct admin ? becouse i have the same problem.
On 1 site i have it working now and i did like this.
/usr/bin/wget -O /dev/null -q http://yourdomain.com/admin/auto_video_add.php?autovideoadd=true&email=email&password=pass1&password2=pass2 &> /home/linkjegeil/cronresult.txt
