I wonder it is possible somehow to replace these "+" signs between the words to "-" sign?
From:
/video/97462/Tati+and+Samantha+hot+lesbian+Latinas
To:
/video/97462/Tati-and-Samantha-hot-lesbian-Latinas
I read it is much better for SEO...

it may be possible by editing the way links are shown on your pages, and then editing the .htaccess file a bit to refer the link to the original.
as i am not familiar with the SEO or the link handling of htaccess, Admin will have to give you a direct answer.
