Auto Clean Old Cache files problem

Hello,

Do you have any idea what could be the problem if the script doesn't delete old cache files automatically?
Of course it is enabled, cache life time is 86400 sec.
All folder has Chmod 777 so I don't think it is a permission problem..what else could be?

Script never delete old cache files. I just mean update with new contend.

It is not mean script delete cache files every day?

It means script update cache files in one day interval

Ok, I see, but i have more and more cache files every day, so I can delete only manually?

You can delete with cron job that contains cache in file name periodic auto
