Comment and Tag sitemap bugs...

Hello Admin,

Comment bug:
I wrote some comments to my videos but not shows on pending comments at admin panel.

Tags sitemap bug:
I activated seo friendly links, and as I see tags sitemaps(xml/video_tags-1.xml) shows empty .html urls only. Other sitemaps are ok.

These bugs are in the latest version script. Can you check them, please?

Script version is just downloaded last week so 4.0, but I see on admin panel only 3.7
