I have a problem and am having difficulty getting help from .......

One of my domains listed in webmaster tools keeps giving me the following error with my site maps. I have uploaded new site maps and it makes no
difference as I still get the same error.

Quote:Unsupported file format
Your Sitemap does not appear to be in a supported format. Please ensure it meets our Sitemap guidelines and resubmit.

Also, has anyone had a problem getting a download link for the script?
I have tried 3x with different e-mail addresses and never received a download link.

Odd the sitemaps worked okay for me. Did you change any settings or anything?
