Crawl errors in webmaster tools

My site was just removed from Google! After contact I found it was due to crawl errors.

In Sitemaps ‎(551)‎
Not found ‎(188)‎
Soft 404s ‎(1)‎
Timed out ‎(100,000)‎
Unreachable ‎(1,470)‎

It was the timed out error that killed me. I spent last 8 hours trying to figure out what was causing this. With 3 other knowledgeable web masters we figured it out.
None of the videos that admin is putting on our domains are being indexed in google. This can be proven by taking the url of any Userporn video and going to Your sites Web Master Tools. on left side click Diagnostics, Then click
Fetch as GoogleBot.
Place the highlighted part of your video address into the url area.
wait a few minutes for the result to appear. Try this with a uploaded video at least a day or so old. The result will be different.

A high traffic site like I used to have, would get more of the Userporn videos than a low traffic site, so your errors would be lower, but you would not get any increase from google.

Because of this I have gone in one day from 500k pageviews to less than 2k. Google removed me from their search engines.

you know the error caused that your domain closed several times.
and i dont understand what is problem with the video view. we must to get it embed case we must to pay lots of for traffic and when we add one video you must to spend more than 5 min.

so what other 3 knowlaged tell for the sollution?
downloading the flv files to your website?
