How long does it take BacklinkSpider to update

How long does it take BacklinkSpider to update and add new domains. I have added the domain to the site yesterday. It still gives me the message :

ERROR: There was a problem that your script not running
please check if you have installed backlinkspider/backlinkspider.php on your host and be sure it is included to your all pages. Or if you add your domain new, wait for next update

Everything is installed where it should, so i guess its the new domain issue, so when will the next update take place. I have more (sub)domains i will make and want to add them, but want to know how long it takes to add and get everything active on the backlinkspider site.
