cant login with FreeAdultScript user account

sorry if i open the topic in wrong section.
i registered from the admin panel with my email address. but when i try to login in admin panel. this error came up

Incorrect FreeAdultScript user account

i request my password for checking if its correct and i saw the password that i used.
still getting this error. where is the problem?
