Access denied (403 Forbidden) if using a title or tag "doggy", "doggystyle"

Something was wrong with my site. Every pages, tags, search results can not be accessed when using "doggy" word.. also google bot cant access

you can see, the word "doggystyle" but with different id .. is this normal?

simple solution would be to add this in .htaccess file:
SecFilterEngine Off
SecFilterScanPOST Off

its no bug... This is because LiteSpeed
