Sell website - How Can I change the name of owner??

If I want to sell my all page(domain and the script), how I can change the name and email of registration? I need give there the name and email of new owner. I don't sell your script but the domain and to this I give the script, database and all other. I can change password of script admin, freeadultscript, but this information no.
