Google puted out web from index

Hello,
i have problem with script, that Googlu puted out my 3 websites from his index. If I send request in Webmaster tools, thay write me, that web isn't quality and I don't know, what to do?
Have anybody the same problem? It's some solution or tips for repairing of this situation?

Can you tell me please, where can I influence the tags for google? Or is it, when I add new video, I have to let empty the tag window?

no in anmin tag section you will see get tags from google seacrh results
you need to close it
for the default installation in setup file it is closed

or where can I closed it? Because I didn't start it, but have problem with all my old websites and I wanna be without these problems by my new websites. I wanna use this script, but have to know, where is the problem.
