Threaded Mode | Linear Mode

Hi to all
I have some unwanted text appeared on the right side of my page, i don't know if it is from the tags or what it is. It is defenetly some sort of tag as when you click it you get sent to another site, can anybody explain how to get rid of it please. http://www.xxxwatchadults.com the word is gangbang. Also looking thro the index.php docs i have come accross one in the temp folder which looks like it has been hacked, can i delete this index.php as it is in the temp folder.

Solved the unwanted text gangbang i just put a line break before the first advert on the right. But still waiting for advice on the text above

Hi it is in the directory in the folder Temp there is also a folder named tmp but that is alright the temp folder only has the one file in it index.php and it is this i think shouldnt be there, can i delete the temp folder?
