Poll: Is following up this script good enough?

Hello and Merry Christmas to you all and also to admin!

I would like to know if I'm the only one who is dissatisfied with the admins follow up of inquiries he receives as:

1. Errors in the script itself
2. Replies to the request in the forum
3. Date for new updates to the script

This pool is obviously necessary that the admin can see that there are some disgruntled users of his script.
