All my sites on this script are down

All my sites on this script are down. they went down at same time and all have the same type of error.

Cache_Lite : Unable to write cache file : tmp/cache_c21f969b5f03d33d43e04f8f136e7682_123402c04dcfb6625f688f771a5fc05d

all permissions for tmp set to 775 or 777

server mgmt company don't seem to have any idea.

Update

My server admin company got the sites up, but now I get the following errors in admin area when I click save in the free html area.
