They will even transfer the content for you if you want. Later, if you need it, you can transfer to a VPS or Dedicated server if you wish.

000webhost.com/. Their free custom panel gives you plenty of options to run your site, but it is suggested to have cPanel to run this script. That way you have more access to your database and files.
