honestly, i have not been too concerned about traffic, as i mainly use my site for helping others....
link exchanges (with the right sites) and backlink spider will help alot tho in my opinion... although, they should not be relied on solely.... i dont know how much it will help, but there is sites dedicated to being "adult site directories" where you can dump your link without having to link back... that may help with traffic....
