problem with thumbs pics

thumb pics of videos on site cant appear why ?
how can in i fix it?
my host is arvixe till yesterday was fine i didnt change anything

it must have by default 777 permissions when i install Adult Free Tube-Video Script 2 i have no problem with 777 permissions

i go /img folder but i cant find how to view or set permissions

it would depend on your host and what user interface they use.

some hosts allow right clicking to see an option for it, some have "info" which once clicked shows permissions. its different for certain hosts.

if your using an ftp program like filezilla its as simple as right clicking the folder and going to "Permissions".

also, i notice that the file path you provided earlier, /img/.htaccess

your /img folder has a htaccess file?
that may be restricting things, try renaming that file temporarily, clearing your cache files manually from /tmp and re-check.

keep the htaccess file tho, just incase its needed at a later date.

yes it has a .htaccess /img folder has a htaccess

with cache files i have to remove them or to open them and empty them?

just delete them.
rename your htaccess file temporarily.
and check that your thumbnails do actually exist.
then check your site.

i ve deleted video cache files from temp folder
