How can I add some other page?

Hello,
I want to add some other page in Top menu. For example I have Videos, popular videos, Contakt etc. But I want to add some other page with text. I want to write some message for my visitors. How can I do it? Some simple tutourilal?

there is two ways...

first way:
1. create a new page "page.php"
in your root directory.
2. add it to the menu system in functions.php.

the second way is what i would call the proper way, which includes extra editing of functions.php, i will come back with the information when i get home.
