Error logging in to Admin

When I try to log into the admin page is get the following error:

Error: Your server's outgoing ip adres does not match with your domain
If you changed your hosting please Click Here to change your outgoing ip adress

I update the IP and then try again and the same error

did you chage your hosting please give your script login details to my pm and your web site
i ll check it for you

not sure what happened but I was able to finally log in.
