Cant install script on xampp/windows

Hey I tried to install your script on my local xampp server on my windows computer.

when i went on
localhost/adult/ it didnt redirect me(white page) on instalation page so i typed localhost/adult/install and saw this

Other php scripts works without problem.
I think problem is because u use <? and not <?php
but even after i replaced all <? with <?php script loaded correctly but after i wrote mysql details and password it just refreshed site..

how can i solve this?

You don't chmod folder config and img to 0777

[admin]

you can install it to localhost but you cant login to admin on localhost please try normal hosting
