getting error with backlinkspider.net, admin please check!!

getting this:

ERROR: There was a problem that your script not running
please check if you have installed backlinkspider/backlinkspider.php on your host and be sure it is included to your all pages. Or if you add your domain new, wait for next update

I've made sure everything is setup properly, what's going on?
