New theme Help

Hello Dear admin if i make a photoshop template is it possible you could put it all together for me and i will make a free one for every one or if you tell me how to put it together. Please help me thanks.

if you do in photoshop with tree colums
and do it with css
if you give me in css styles with div not tables

ok well i just want to turn it from like all that css for the background instead to images instead of css you follow me ??LIke insted of picking the color for the background in the css make it a image you.

I mean i don't really want to do any css stuff. i just would like u to help me just make the parts that are css into images instead could you do that if i upload the theme i am editing. Theres only like three things i want to be images instead of the css.

new template is on way
i thing you dont need to make a new template
i cant say anything about if i can do your photoshop to css cause i dont understand much about css
but if your photoshop is good i can do it by giving money to some one else

Lol no i mean im asking you to change just three parts of the css into images instead of the css could u do that?
